- Supporting the Senior Category Manager in defining and implementing sales growth cluster strategy
- Monitor & evaluation of key category growth performance indicators
- Conduct detail analysis on actionable plans to identify areas of improvement on category performance
- Understanding of category offline trends and identify commercial opportunities
- Interface and participating in key cluster initiatives set by category director
- Support in seller communication programs and Initiatives
- Negotiations top deals with sellers for various customer engagement tools
- Conduct and lead meetings with cross functional and category teams
- Collaborate with strategy, project management teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Proactively lead all work, not just requested assignments but possess the ability to unify teams and ideas
Minimum Qualifications
- Positive attitude towards meeting tight deadlines and going the extra mile
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance and/or Marketing
- 1-3 years’ experience in e-commerce, retailer or Brand
- Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Entrepreneurial and creative mindset with well-developed interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize them and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English
