Job Description
Mission: To grow & maximize the long term sales value from broker accounts + private sellers through acquistion of new accounts and retention and up-selling of existing accounts through phone calls only
Responsibilities:
- Calling of web sign-up accounts + provincial broker accounts
- (Cold)-calling + pitching over the phone
- Creation and sending of pitch decks/proposals to interested clients
- Follow up calls to close contracts
- Endorsement of client to account manager
- Maintaining healthy, positive and long term relationships with broker clients
- Ensuring all services are provided to the client as agreed in the contract
- Ensuring the client receives sufficient value from Lamudi
- Renewing client contracts + upselling to higher value packages
- Administration of all sales activities + results in Salesforce and G-doc trackers
