Job Description
- Perform project scoping
- Mapping of business process to the system’s functionality
- Presentation of GAP analysis
- Help in finalizing the project timeline by giving manhours needed to complete the deliverables
- Ensure that project timeline is approved and accepted by the client
- Create business blueprint
- Perform business blueprint workshop to the client
- Seek approval of business blueprint from all of the designated approvers of the business
- Develop detailed configuration of the SAP system based on the approved business blueprint
- Identify and resolve functional voids
- Determine master data files to be uploaded in the SAP system and maintain direct table configurations
- Prepare migration templates
- Perform migration activities
- Prepare test scenarios, test scripts and conduct tests based on specifications using testing methodology (unit, system, and integration testing)
- Ensure security controls are configured in the new system
- Prepare end-user training materials and system manuals
- Assignment of authorization roles and authorization matrix per SAP ID
- Perform end-user training
- Ensure integrity of data uploaded into the system
- Handle project Go-Live support
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience specialized in any of the following SAP modules: Warehouse Management, Basis, Material Management, Sales and Distribution, and Financial Accounting and Controlling.
