Job Description
- Provide leadership to Customer Support and Claims Assistance Team (voice and non-voice)
- Develop, coach and mentor while ensuring that team members are engaged
- Provide expertise in customer experience
- Ensure that all operational processes are performed according to the defined requirements
- Accountable for the team’s day-to-day activities and the achievement of established service levels, both individually and at team level
- Prepare performance reports
- Provide effective stakeholder management both internal and external
- Act as the main point of contact for all customer service escalations
- Act as a process expert while keeping abreast with all product updates that affect servicing
- Identify improvements to processes within scope of work
- In charge of process design, mapping and documentation
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate
- At least three (3) years working experience as team manager/lead/supervisor in the insurance industry
- Experience in process improvement and documentation
- Excellent people management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Keen attention to details
