- Developing and editing news for publication or broadcast.
- Organizing materials and write an issues/news according to prescribed editorial style and format standards.
- Directing work assignments for reporters.
- Directing angle of news coverage.
- Creating ideas of news video content.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must have at least Bachelor's Degree in Journalism or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field at an online media company is required.
- Experienced in criminal events and urban issues and/or law and political issues.
- Strong journalism background with proven writing and editing skills and highly experienced in managing reporters.
- An active social media user.
