Job Description
- Provide pick-up/customer complaint tickets to Agents
- Analyze tickets regularly
- Create Segregation and Break Schedules for Agents
- Case escalation both internal and vendor
- Monitoring shipments through internal KGX or Vendors
- Provide approval of claim for damage or loss customer goods
- Conduct monthly coaching to Agents
- Provide training to Agents (Frontline, Backline, Key Account)
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma III of all major
- Minimum 1 year experience as Customer Service Supervisor
- Minimum 2 years experience as Customer Service Staff
- Have a good communication skills
- Have a good administration skill
- Proficient in using computer (Ms. Office)
- Preferably fluent in English both writen and oral
- Diligent, organized and detail oriented
