Job Description
- Contacting, interviewing, and research sources
- Collecting, verifying, and analyzing thoroughly newsworthy information
- Building relationships for working with a range of colleagues and clients (Government, BUMN, etc)
- Writing and delivering news stories with the reader’s perspective in mind
- Editing articles and scripts for proper grammar and style
- Cooperate with chief editor, producers etc
- Analyzing and interpreting information to improve the audience’s understanding
- Able to work in various media platform (broadcast and digital)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in communication or any related field
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships for working with a range of colleagues and clients (Government, BUMN, etc)
- Ability to gather, write and edit news
- Broad knowledge of headlines
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, digital editing, web search, databases)
- Integrity and morality
- Willing to make reportase in various media platform
