Job Description
- Mengawasi dan membuat laporan pengelolaan peralatan Mechanical/ Electrical (ME) dan pengadaan kebutuhan peralatan rumah tangga di unit toko.
- Menjamin terlaksananya secara konsisten peraturan dan klausul perjanjian dengan vendor atau tenant serta monitoring invoice bulanan.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 dengan IPK minimal 2.75 jurusan Teknik Mesin/Elektro atau Marketing
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang terkait minimal 2 tahun
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dalam lisan maupun tulisan
- Tegas dan memiliki sifat kepemimpinan
