Job Description
- Complete all procedure for recruitment from shortlist CV, conduct candidate, arrange psychological test and arrange interview.
- Prepare all recruitment administration such as application form, interview result form, interview result form, work agreement, etc
- Prepare report related to absence, insurance, etc
- Design and develop training process
- Update employee database
- Payroll
- Employees Administration
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (or management)
- Age maximum 28 years old
- At least 2 year of working experience as HR in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill(s) : good communication & interpersonal skills, computer literate & detail oriented, psychological test, negotiation, leadership, multitasking, having knowledge in recruitment process and payroll
- Able to design & develop training process
- Must be proficient in Ms. Office
- Having responsibility, commitment, integrity, and honest
- Full time position available
- Candidate must be willing to work in Jakarta
