- Identify learning needs and resource practical solutions to equip staff with the knowledge, practical skills, and motivation to carry out their work activities effectively by understanding the production in particular
- Execute learning strategies and program
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs by looking into daily schedule of the production and its efficiency
- Implement various learning methods companywide e.g. online training, coaching
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other pieces of training
- Ensure employees acquire and build skills, knowledge, and competencies that will enable them to perform at a high level and help them develop to their full potential
- Monitoring progress made from a training program
- Ensuring employees receive statutorily required training
- Coordinate training activities for all department
Minimum Qualifications
