Job Description

Lead/contribute to engineering efforts from design to implementation, solving complex technical challenges
Closely coordinate with both developers and devops regarding testing practices and ensuring quality thresholds are met
Participate in the development and continuous testing of platform and service applications via automation
Design, develop, improve and maintain test automation systems, tools and test scripts using best practices
Design, develop, improve and maintain performance test system, tools and performance test scripts using best practices
Oversee automated tests integration into the CI/CD Pipeline
Review engineering technical design documents and requirements. Provide plan and strategy about how and where to build in testability

Minimum Qualifications

4-5 years experience in software engineering.
Experience in one or more of the following: test automation, refactoring code, test-driven development, build infrastructure, optimizing software, debugging, building tools and testing frameworks.
Excellent attitude and communication skills (oral and written).
Development experience in object-oriented programming languages and patterns.
Good knowledge of programming/scripting Python, JavaScript, Java, and Go.
Experience with Automation Test Web, API and Mobile (e.g., Robot Framework, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber).
Experience with Performance Test (e.g., K6, JMeter, Locust, Gatling).
Experience with Continuous Integration systems (e.g., Github Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Travis).
Have experience using Docker and containerized architectures (e.g. Kubernetes) is a plus.
Have experience in Security Testing is a plus.
