Job Description
- The primary directive of the systems trainer is to transfer knowledge to trainees quickly and accurately.
- Consequently, the systems trainer Is required to quickly study learn and practice new procedures processes protocols and technologies on a regular basis
- The systems trainer will need to have incredibly adept soft skills especially as it pertains to the nuances of varying cultures within large organizations
- A large component of the duties of the systems trainer is to report and provide feedback on operations pertaining to knowledge transfer
Minimum Qualifications
- All candidates are required to have a capable personal computing space at home quipped with a high-speed Internet connection that is reliable
- All applicants will be thoroughly vetted and screened for their social skills especially as it pertains to language
- Applicants will need to undergo several video conferencing interviews
- All candidates are required to report to the Makati office for an in-person interview
