Executive Liaison  

• The primary directive is to attend meetings on behalf of managers and executives.
• You might never be briefed on the "whole story," but you will always be given enough information to carry out the meeting effectively.
• At each meeting, the mission is the same: to either deliver information and/or retrieve specific information
• Thus, the management of information in terms of accuracy, quality, fidelity and such is extremely important.
• Note that work requirements in terms of scheduled meetings may vary from week to week and include meetings with partners from the United States. (This requires you to wake up early or stay up late to attend meetings)

• Superior communication and soft skills.
• Gives importance to language among the broad range of soft skills.
• Able to understand and employ the many facets of language, from body language to written and verbal communication in the following venues:
• Digitally—via emails, chats, technical documents, business memos
• Vocally/orally—via Zoom or Loom (a video messaging service)
• Although we do not have a requirement in terms of education or college degree for this role, exceptional soft skills are a must
