Business Administration Intern | Makati City

Job Description

This position will provide the intern* practical learning in terms of administrative and other skills with real-world application. As such, here are the responsibilities of a business administration intern:

  • Work with executives and supervisors on assigned operational tasks
  • Provide support in the entry, filing, and managing data, as well as assist in organizing documents
  • Provide support in the daily operation of the office
  • Assist in improving administrative process in the office
  • Perform other duties as assigned

*Allowances will be provided

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled in a business administration/management degree course
  • Must be tech-savvy and proficient in using computer, G Suite, Asana, MS Office, and other task management software
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a fast-learner and a team player
  • Must be enthusiastic in learning and tacking new projects and tasks
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work even under minimal supervision
  • Must be willing to start ASAP
