Job Description
- Providing strategic direction to ensure the growth and profitability of our beverage business;
- Managing the business development team, including training, performance management and mentorship of staff;
- Creating business unit budget, sales forecasts, and production plans;
- Managing a limited number of key accounts;
- Producing regular reports and reviewing category performance with leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7 years working experience in business development, sales, and/or marketing. Background in manufacturing is an advantage.
- Experience in management, market analysis, as well as expertise in the CPG sector
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint and NetSuite
- Skills: Must be entrepreneurial and detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, communication and analysis skills
- Must be able to work independently in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment.
