Job Description
One of the leading property development companies based in Cebu is currently expanding their operations and is actively in search for an HR Manager. The client has a reliable name in building sustainable homes for the past 30 years and has sites in key strategic locations all around Cebu, Cagayan De Oro, and Davao. With its vision of creating a livable community given at affordable cost, it's a booming company with a welcoming heart to young and dynamic talents.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective implementation of HR strategies by proper planning, implementation, and evaluation of human resources and employee relations practices
- Assess benefit needs, conduct employee programs, evaluates contract bids, and disseminate benefits information to employees
- Monitor the standing of the company in achieving orientation, recruitment, and selection needs of each department present
- Schedule management conferences with employees, resolve grievances, and counsel employees across levels
- Ensure proper legal compliance and represent the company in hearings, investigations, and record maintenance
- Assign employees in various facets of operations to complete HR requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years HR experience with at least six (6) years of supervisory/managerial exposure
- Should have worked within business/operations side
