Job Description

As an Account Manager you’ll be supporting the Revenue Manager with client and project management, solving talent gaps, and ensuring high caliber talents for clients locally and internationally. A successful Account Manager should be highly organized and have a versatile skill set to support a variety of different business functions with a diverse range of tasks. The position will offer significant opportunities for exposure to executive-level decision making.

See below detailed Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team and position it to grow successfully beyond its current targets, increasing the revenue of the team year on year
  • Owns end-to-end operations of the business from sales, contracts, invoices to accounts management
  • Proactively own and manage a book of accounts, including decision maker relationships
  • Drives team initiatives on key areas such as process improvement, client management and employee experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of Management, Communications Technology, or any management related course

  • Keen ability to translate complexity into simple and intuitive actions plans and communications

  • Strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment

  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills

  • Strong project management skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment

  • Equipped with critical thinking and problem solving attitude
