Job Description
As a Revenue Operations Intern, you will have an actual exposure to the global initiatives of Kalibrr and support strategy and growth projects for marketing, sales, and customer success. This opportunity will give you a hands-on experience to work with multiple stakeholders and create an impact to internal and external ecosystems of Kalibrr. As part of the team, you will report to the Revenue Operations Lead.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new employees on the cross-functional processes, team dynamics, and necessary tools to support business operations
- Establish and manage process improvement projects using lean six sigma principles and other efficiency frameworks
- Partner with various stakeholders in conducting in-depth assessments to determine change management and training needs
- Support executives and department heads in the execution of special projects
- Ensure that changes and target delivery actions are communicated across members of the global operations
- Monitor team and individual KPIs and metrics of the members of the global operations (Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam)
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic, and metrics-driven environment
- Has foresight and initiative to share ideas and solve problems
- Strong individual contributor but an equally strong team player
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Must have great organizational skills, attention to detail, resourceful, critical thinking, and willingness to learn
- Great writing and communication skills
- Willing to work in Makati
