IT (Network & Systems) Administrator  

As IT Administrator, you’ll be ensuring the productivity of the entire organization by ensuring that the office IT infrastructure is fully functional. You’ll be working hands-on on all parts of the office IT infrastructure, from laptops & workstations, to internal tools & services, to the office network. You’ll be supporting your teammates throughout the company when technical issues arise, and will be provisioning their devices & accounts when they come in (and off-boarding them as they go out). If you have the aptitude & inclination, you’ll be working on automating these tasks to minimize human error & maximize efficiency.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provisioning, configuring, and managing laptops and workstations, and automation thereof
• Providing support to laptop & workstation users
• Configuring and troubleshooting call management systems
• Configuring and troubleshooting the office network
• Provisioning, de-provisioning, and configuring internal tools & services, and automation thereof
• Monitoring office network, device, and service usage for anomalous behavior
• Monitor and keep tracks all MIS assets
• Ensure security on all laptops / network devices from malicious software

• Ability to administer Windows, macOS & Linux systems
• Basic knowledge of computer networks & systems
• Ability to troubleshoot common user problems with computer systems
• Basic communication skills
• Quick to learn whatever technologies are needed in order to perform duties efficiently and effectively
• Basic knowledge on cybersecurity within IT context

Desired Qualifications

These are great-to-have, but not having some or any of these is not a deal-breaker:

• Experience as systems administrator, network administrator, or other IT related roles
• Experience with VoIP / teleconferencing systems
• Experience with IVR / call-management systems
• Experience with GSuite administration
• Experience managing & operating servers
• Experience automating IT tasks via scripting or configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, etc.)
• Experience with any of the following technologies is a plus:
• pfSense
• Ansible
• Docker
