Job Description
- Greets, assists, and guides employees, and guests and visitors
- Attends visitors and clients request/inquires
- Answering all incoming calls and handling caller's inquiries
- Screens calls, and directs concerns to appropriate department
- Takes and relay messages courteously and promptly
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree, any field
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required or clerical/administrative support or equivalent
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Energetic and results-oriented
- Good organizational skills
