Job Description
- Responsible in handling the project manpower (ranging from site engineers to contractors to admin workers).
- Tasked in approving all operations at the site.
- Reports directrly to the Project manager.
- Oversee movement of materials by monitoring material estimates, requests, deliveries, and manpower to ensure sufficiency and prevent delays.
- Responsible in checking and reviewing of building plans.
- Perform other functions which may be required by the immediate superior from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- At least 2 to 5 years work experience in similar work environment.
- More than 5 years if technical experience.
- More than 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of construction.
- Expert in reading plans.
- Experiened in costing/budgeting.
- Experienced in doing time tables.
- Expert in working with housing developmental project.s
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Teamwork skills.
- Management and leadership skills.
