Job Description
- Keeps the clients’ accounts in good status through proper account management.
- Collects and follows up receivables, helping the company to reduce the risk of non-collection.
- Investigates short payments.
- Balances contract amounts and reconciling accounts.
- Deals with both internal and external customers; arranging favors and follow up with customers.
- Maintains a positive relationship with the customers by rendering excellent customer service.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years experience in the credit and collections field.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, specifically in:
- Credit analysis
- Collection strategies
- Experience in the real estate business is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication skills - ability to effectively deal with both external and internal customers; arranging favors and follow-ups with customers.
- Customer-friendly.
