Job Description
Be a customer service representative for a multinational distributor of world class coffee machines and baking equipment! Day shift work schedule.
- Display excellent customer service skills over the phone, e-mail or chat correspondence.
- Accurately identify customer's real needs and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Log all call details in the database and update customer records accordingly
- Provide customers accurate information related to products, billing, price quotes and relevant inquiries.
- To regularly update product knowledge and technical skills using available resources
- Complete ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisors.
- Maintaining KPIs' such but not limited to as talk time, attendance, quality, customer satisfaction scores as part of the agreed business measure for success for operations.
- Provide feedback to supervisor for any problem resolution techniques to help and improve operational process and elevate standards for customer service.
- Flexible to undertake other business needs with in the premise of their line of work.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Must finished at least 2nd year in College
- With or without call center experience
- Articulate in english language
- Willing to work in day shift
Compensation Package:
- 17, 715 basic pay
- 2,700 non-taxable allowance
