Job Description
- Successfully migrated the general accounting process from one country to another
- Well versed with the overall finance and accounting process, from RTR, PTP to OTC processes
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in one accounting area (accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, general ledger)
- Significant project management (incl. usage of project management tools) experience
- 2 years of experience in transitions, in-depth transition knowledge and at least 2 successfully completed transitions as transition manager
- Ability to lead, develop and mentor multiple teams
- Very strong communication, stakeholder and change management skills
- High flexibility and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel frequently
