Job Description
- Assist in drafting standard charts/ packaging specification maintenance
- Maintain filing system and provide clerical support
- Issue standard charts/ packaging specifications thru DDR
- Instruct standard chart copy holder for destruction of obsolete copy thru RDD
- Ensure proper storage and maintenance of standard charts/ packaging specifications
- Assist in Maintenance of Computer system ( for Product Specifications)
- Prepare the bills of materials for standard chart setting
- Maintain the Standard charts from External origin
- Other responsibilities assigned by the superior
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any Engineering course
- Female
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in AUTOCAD is an advantage
