Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Coordinator to manage bookings of artists.
Job Description as follows:
- Overall coordination with clients and artists before, during, and after events.
- Securing contracts between clients and the Company.
- Maintaining artists files such as profiles, photos, press kits, and updating them if necessary.
- Creating email marketing campaigns
- Social Media Marketing - developing a distinct online presence in social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Updating of company website.
Minimum Qualifications
- Should be knowledgeable about Social Media Marketing;
- Graphic design skill is a plus;
- Have time-management skills;
- Must know how to use Excel;
- Has pleasing personality
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
