Job Description
- Handles the Recruitment such as:
- Sourcing out
- Initial screening
- Interviews and conducts examination
- Handles the orientation for newly hired employees.
- Introduces new employees to all departments.
- Handles the outgoing / incoming transmittals of the department.
- Ensures that faxed and sent hard copies of HR communications to all concerned departments will be received.
- Monitors and replenishes the offices supplies including the personnel forms.
- Maintains / upkeeps the manual 201 filing system of the company.
- Monitors the performance evaluation of employees.
- Handles the documentation for newly hired employees.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Amenable to work in Ortigas.
