-Handle HR and other employee gov't benefits like SSS, Philhealth and Pagibig
- Finance (Petty cash, monthly sales & expenses report,Send 2307 and other finance paper works to accountant, Follow up client payments and other finance related matters)
- Secretary of CEO
- Prepare quotations
- Update database
- Pick up and deposit sales & expenses
- File and handle all government documents and requirements
- Administrative tasks
- Messenger
- Support for other departmental requirements (Purchasing, logistics, inventory)
Minimum Qualifications
-Atleast 2 years office job experience in HR, Finance and Administrative work
-Very detailed and organized
-College graduate
-Computer literate
