Job Description
- Find the root cause of problems according to operational quality (through abnormal data analysis, etc)
- Analyze the in completed order and ask related department for improvement plan
- Control and created monitoring report to ensure all od the package can be monitor from end to end process
- Checking and monitoring all of the order from client to ensure cover by insurance
- Breakdown all of the order that potentially Lost/Damage and ask related department for responsible
- Analyze over SLA order to improve operational quality
- Analyze quality performance daily, weekly and monthly
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor degree
- Working experience as Quality Improvement, System Improvement, Flow Quality Improvement, Quality Controller
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operation management
- Excellent in Gsuite Monitoring and Dashboard
- Proven ability to implement process and logical thinking
- Excellent on data analyst
