Service Officer  

The Service Officer shall maintain overall responsibility for the proper operations and control of the Dealer Service Workshop in line with the policies and procedures of Isuzu Philippines Corp. and Isuzu Cebu, Inc. (ICI)

1. Ensure the proper operations and control of the following:

• Service Administration
• Service Reception and Marketing
• Workshop Operations

2. Enforce and implement all policies, procedures and systems of workshop operations based on and with reference to the following:

• Isuzu Customer Care Systems and Reception Procedures;
• Isuzu Technical Training Programs (IPC and Dealer in-house programs)
• Workshop Management and Operating Procedures;
• IPC Warranty Provisions and Procedures;
• Workshop directives and instructions as per Service Bulletins and Technical Information publications;

3. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

• A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive
• Minimum of 7 years experience working in the automotive industry and with at least 3 years experience in a supervisory role
• Pro-active, approachable and self-motivated.
• With the ability to work from detailed or semi-detailed instruction and the making of minor decisions involving the use of some judgment. Requires the ability to compose routine accomplishment reports.
• With competent salesmanship and communication skills.
• Willing to start immediately.
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu City
