Job Description
- Scan user profiles to identify incorrect spelling, grammar, punctuation, readability, and completeness.
- Edit and revise profiles to improve spelling, grammar, punctuation, readability, and completeness.
- Identify hoax profile accounts.
- Moderates and studies profile content posted by users in an appropriate manner including profile pictures, updates, trial message responses etc.
- Uses logical judgment to determine whether user content is improper, extreme, or inappropriate.
- Dismisses content that is certainly not allowed and approve or deny based on criteria provided.
- Other duties as requested by the Management.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Communication Arts, Journalism, or any related field.
- Advanced knowledge of computer and technology.
- Social Media Savvy.
- Undergraduates are also welcome to apply.
- Willing to be assigned to Ortigas area.
- Available to start immediately.
- Communicate efficiently in English (Speak, read and write).
- Amenable to work on a shifting schedule especially in night shift.
