Job Description
- Answer calls and reply to emails.
- Manage customer queries both telephone and by email.
- Verify Reservations through the web or by calling hotels.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Follow up customer calls when needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Good communication skills: Verbal and Non-Verbal
- Undergraduates are also welcome to apply.
- At least 3 to 6 months of experience in the BPO industry is a BIG plus.
- With or without call center experience.
- Schedule: Shifting
