CSR Non-Voice Account Lvl 2 is the person acting on behalf of the company by answering and responding to customer concerns or queries efficiently and effectively.
- Support assigned sites via emailed customer support tickets
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Take the extra mile to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Finish all tickets allocated to you for the day by the end of your shift
- Effectively communicate with the customer support team in various countries.
- Assigned in handling escalations on queue
- Other duties as assigned by Manager or Lead
- Basic fraud knowledge
- Basic website and app usage knowledge
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or any related role
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
- Amenable to work in shifting schedules
- Amenable to start ASAP
