Its unique business model drew inspiration from close to 20 years of extensive experience in providing end-to-end solutions.

Founded by the same visionaries behind one of the country’s leading tech innovators, Intellismart, -- the idea to build an online platform for retail was a natural progression.

More than your average e-commerce, the site continuous to innovate the online retail landscape, making good products more accessible to every Filipino.

Inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit, Stork.ph introduced the concept of integrating online flexible payment programs to allow customers to acquire products without sacrificing on quality.

We have managed to gain the trust of over 500 brands across 6 key categories from Official Brand Suppliers on our first 5 months. In addition, we also have several companies enrolled under our Employee Purchase Program to gain access to curated discounts from the Brands themselves.

As Business Development Associate for Stork.ph’s Employee Purchase Program , you will be measured based on the # of companies enrolled in our Employee Purchase Program and the revenue from the purchases of employees. This program allows employees to get access to discounts offered by our brand partners (over 10,000 products to choose from).

The ideal candidate must share our passion and commitment for innovation as we constantly challenge the status quo in elevating customer delight. The candidate should have experience in sales and forging and building strategic partnerships to be able to connect our platform with companies. The candidate with a wide network of HR decision-makers would have a clear advantage. Some understanding of Employee Engagement and online HR platforms is preferred. The right candidate will be flexible, action and results-oriented, self-starting and have strong analytical skills. He or she must have a proven track record in taking ownership, driving results and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced environment. He or she should be entrepreneurial with the confidence to make independent, data-driven decisions.

The candidate must demonstrate the ability to succeed at:

- Developing growth strategies and plans

- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients

- Increasing client base

- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition

- Writing business proposals

- Negotiating with stakeholders

- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs

- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams

- Following industry trends locally and internationally

- Drafting and reviewing contracts

- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements

The candidate must have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience partner/business development and/or program/product management experience
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
  • Excellent presentation skills both face to face and via call
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development in the Head Hunting and Executive Search
  • Wide network of Decision Makers and influencers in Human Resource is highly desired.
