Job Description
- Assist department heads in the implementation of the Company Policies.
- Sourcing, screening, and placement of required positions, including documentation & tracking of employment/movements of hired personnel.
- Coordination with agency partners and headhunters for manpower requirements
- Coordination with government agencies (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, DOLE, BIR) in the registration, updating, and processing of statutory benefits.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any Human Resources or Industrial Psychology courses
- With at least 1 year of related work experience
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Possess integrity and employee maturity in handling confidential information
- Must be keen to details, organized and can multi-task
- Effective customer relations and interpersonal skills
