Job Description
Conducts printing environment assessment at the client's site and generate recommended fleet analysis, responsible for configuration and installation and break-fix of printer devices. Respond to customer service requests related to our OPS deployments.
Specific Functions
- Conducts an on-site assessment of printing environment at the customers site
- Generates reports and fleet analysis based on the assessment and recommend future fleet based on this analysis.
- Performs printer configuration and installation
- Conducts Proof Of Concept and demonstration on OPS proposals
- Perform break-fix/repair of printer devices deployed at client's site
- Conduct regular visits to clients enrolled with OPS to do the following:
- Perform meter reading
- Replace toners and consumable parts
- Preventive maintenance
- Auditing of deployed printer devices
- Coordinate/Escalate pending printing issues with HP Technical Consultant
- Attend training and briefings related to OPS support requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of 4 years Computer Engineering course or related course
- Technical skills i.e knowledge in computer hardware/software, Microsoft Windows OS (Windows 7/Windows 8/Windows 10) installation, Knowledge in networking is an advantage
- Highly analytical, good reasoning ability and comprehension
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills; Customer focus; has initiative and dependable
