Job Description
- In charge to contact leads of Intake CRM and mainly responsible to respond to all inquiries of Intake platforms (emails, calls, text, social media)
- Ensure monthly member conversion targets are reached.
- Ensure proper pre-assessment of new leads before assigning them to advisors.
- Manages advisors' daily appointment scheduling and assists them in contacting students.
- Able to manage student's data and uphold confidentiality
- Always up-to-date submission of daily/weekly/month-end reports to line manager.
- Spearhead and take charge of the follow-ups and strategy during the Intake stakeholder events, Study World Exhibition, and intern management.
- Study basic advising tools to initially answer the FAQs of prospective students and their families regarding studying abroad.
- Performs administrative and management tasks set by the Country Manager
- Highly trainable, organized, and able to work independently. Must have a good command of English and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel is a plus
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (background of sales experience is a bonus)
- Onsite work in Makati (WFH privilege will be decided based on staff productivity after the first month of training)
