Job Description

This position will have a key role in successfully organizing Strategy Execution Pathway (or other Board Services) courses and interventions as well as developing client relationships. He/She will support and strengthen the unit in delivering highly satisfying client experience that will enrich the learning and development of clients on corporate governance practices with specific focus on strategy design and execution.

Specific Functions

  • Lead the organization execution and follow through of Strategy Execution Pathway public courses and exclusive interventions
  • Research and package information on client’s organization and industry
  • Interface with Board members and Executive teams of clients in delivering and facilitating interventions
  • Help co-facilitate workshops and process client outputs
  • Monitor progress of clients to improve their governance
  • Enrich relationships with clients and facilitators
  • Create reports, documentation, and feature stories to capture best practices and lessons learned
  • Manage information, files, documents, and supplies of the Board Services Team according to 5S principles
  • Assist in the development and updating of the Board Services manual of operations and work templates
