Job Description

The job holder is responsible for contributing to the growth and profitability of InfoMax Systems Solutions & Services, Inc. by being responsible for developing distribution channels, executing marketing programs and activities, to support sales efforts. Develops and recommends marketing projects and programs to launch new products and promote sales opportunities. Gathers information from sales team on competitive activities and formulates counter strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with Principals on the conduct of Events
  • Prepares invitation list from Sales and Marketing on who to invite during Events
  • Prepares the annual budget for Infomax Events, Brochures and other marketing collaters.
  • Prepares the annual budget for Principal Events and their brochures and other marketing collaterals
  • Implements Prospecting strategy as outlined by the Marketing Executive
  • Monitors Marketing activity and creates statistics
  • Monitor Marketing Activity and measures its performance
  • Periodically update management on status and results of marketing activity
  • Identify documents to meet or exceed bidding requirement.
  • Conceptualize concepts and designs of marketing collaterals for appropriate branding and promotion.
  • Build and maintain company image through public relations activities.
  • Develop training programs for partners.
  • Communicate with the principals on product updates, pricing and needed support.
  • Communicate with the IT partners of the company for product updates, pricing and support accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Attend internal and external meetings.
  • Perform duties may assigned time to time

Minimum Qualifications

  • College graduate – IT or BS Marketing/BS Management course
  • 3 to 4 years experience in Marketing
  • MS Office, product knowledge
  • Negotiation, analytical thinking, resourceful
  • Skills: marketing and sales, technical, business acumen, oral and written communication, effective proposal writing, coaching and problem solving, presentation, customer oriented, planning, time management, organizing, team player and project management
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
