- Identify and recommend improvements to payroll-related work processes;
- Enhance and/or implement payroll systems;
- Oversee and manage the timekeeping and payroll functions;
- Check and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of payroll pay out;
- Assists the Accounting Manager/Operations Manager in the planning, preparation, monitoring, and implementation of client engagement services;
- Monitoring and job coaching of Senior Accounting Analysts and Accounting Analysts;
- Performs other duties as may be required by the Accounting Manager/Operations Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any related course to Accounting, Finance and Management;
- Solid two to four (2 to 4) years of work experience in Payroll Management in multiple client / shared services setting;
- Has thorough knowledge in timekeeping and payroll system implementation;
- Knowledgeable in Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) policies related to payroll / employee compensation;
- Supervisory / people management experience is a must;
- Strategic, solutions driven, and likes fixing systems and processes;
- Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;
- Self-motivated to learn new things;
- Willing to travel for client meetings - Manila & out of town (not more than 20% of the time).
