What we're looking for

Our client is a marketing consultancy that helps businesses grow and scale by building a bespoke growth team that is capable of solving any problem. They are looking for a Project Manager to ensure seamless and timely execution of all client deliverables.

The Project Manager will be responsible for working with internal and external teams to ensure that clients are getting the maximum value out of our client services. The Project Manager will also play an integral role in making sure that the clients are not only achieving results but that the program is evolving into a more successful and satisfactory experience for all stakeholders.

The Project Manager will expertly administer productivity tools to onboard new clients, manage existing clients, communicate with internal/external teams, and lead team meetings. You will be working on marketing projects daily, so having a strong exposure and understanding of internet marketing will be a necessity. On any given day, you will help our clients launch apps, work on marketing campaigns & paid media, manage creative approvals, and pull together weekly reports. You will use your creativity and operational skillset to raise the standard of service provided to our expanding client base. You are conducting an orchestra of experts in their crafts and it is your job to bring them together to perform in a symphony that is seen as a masterpiece.

The right person for this role will have a proactive, “can-do” attitude that is capable of working independently to solve problems and go above and beyond to ensure clients have a great experience and our team is consistently providing top-tier results.


  • Drive team stand-ups and any project/task-focused meeting
  • Ensure everyone knows what their priorities are for the current project
  • Work with leadership on priority alignment whenever there are conflicts

Project Management:

  • Onboard new clients - providing them with setup instructions, gathering inputs, and aligning internal/external teams
  • Develop/build project plans and work with key stakeholders to gather inputs and flesh out schedules
  • Be the POC for the client on any questions/concerns/updates
  • Create a weekly summary of stats on operations: where work is slowed, who is falling short on delivery, who is underutilized, where there are process breakdowns, etc.


  • Build out the internal processes that help the business run more efficiently
  • Streamline the onboarding process
  • Work with leadership to become self-sufficient and allow leaders to be freed up from project management

Minimum Qualifications


  • Ability to manage competing priorities with a commitment to high-quality results
  • Strong understanding of or background in internet marketing
  • Impeccable organization skills
  • Minimum 3-4 years previous experience in a project management or operations management role preferred
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of business and operational practices
  • Able to identify problems ahead of time and make the steps necessary to resolve issues
  • A commitment to high standards, excellence, team, and our clients


  • At least 3-4 years as project manager
  • Keen attention to detail for data entry and record management
  • Takes it upon himself/ herself to take the initiative to keep it organized
  • Well-organized multitasker, capable of operating on multiple fronts simultaneously and in an orderly fashion
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Enjoys working in a challenging and fast-paced environment
  • Must be a self-starter and a strong team player
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely
  • Has an excellent grasp of spoken and written English and can articulate ideas clearly and concisely
  • Must have a strong, type A personality
  • Must be willing to work US hours (depending on timezone)
  • Experience in a startup environment
