Job Description
- Process and/or oversees the processing of financial/business forms.
- Check, corrects and maintains a variety of financial and other business records and documents.
- Prepares or assists in preparing various financial or administrative reports.
- A certain level of flexibility regarding availability outside normal working hours is required to attend events and private views.
- Do bank errands if necessary.
- Executes audit and checking of liquidations.
- Prepares report for liquidation’s discrepancy, reimbursement etc.
- Maintains records of expenses.
- Monitors and reporting of unliquidated cash releases.
- Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Finance/Accounting/equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (especially in Excel) is a must.
- Keen to details
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
