Sr. HR Officer  

The Sr. HR Officer will be responsible for smooth & continuous execution of different internal and external processes within Human Resources. He/she will be primarily responsible for supervising the day-to-day tasks of the whole HR team such as but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Administration, Employee Engagement and Retention, and Labor Relations.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle labor relations, including negotiations, grievance resolution, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, fostering a positive work environment and reducing turnover.
- Drive initiatives to support organizational growth and development, including succession planning, talent management, and leadership development programs.

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an HR practitioner, with a focus on labor relations and employee retention.
- Extensive knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with a proven ability to navigate complex legal issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive change and implement innovative HR initiatives.
- Experience in organizational development is a plus.
