Job Description
The English/Communications Training Specialist conducts training and development programs on English proficiency. This includes, but is not limited to: training delivery, classroom facilitation, assessments, evaluation, module development, monitoring, and continuous improvement of training initiatives along with continuous client communications.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Mass Comm/Broadcasting or equivalent.
- At least 20 – 35 years old.
- Willing to be trained/certified for 9-12 days.
- Willing to start by August.
- With at least 1-2 years of training/development experience in Communications, English Proficiency, and equivalent.
- Experience in a BPO setting is a plus
- Strong English written and oral communication skills are required.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills required.
- Willing to take project-based/on-call employment (schedule and contracts depend on the need)
