Job Description
- Develop and implement project work plans.
- Estimating and costing of project requirements.
- Drafting winning proposals to client requirements.
- Managing project undertakings.
- Ensuring jobsite safety and protection.
- Inspecting and ensuring project quality and acceptance.
- Identify construction issues to be resolved through site surveys.
- Evaluate project and recommend report to identify issues and opportunities to improveperformance going forward.
- Supervise and stimulate procurement activities as required ensuring on time delivery ofcomponents and equipment.
- Develop and maintain relations with clients as required establishing correct interfaces andpresenting professional image.
- Support cost saving development initiatives and delivery process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Has background in Horizontal Construction particularly in Road Works and Traffic Safety.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word and Excel.
- Proficient in English and Tagalog language.
- Must have excellent leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work with different personalities and local cultures.
