Job Description
- Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources & Administration functions including but not limited to recruitment & selection, performance management, training & development and administration.
- Be responsible for operational, human resources, and facilities issues.
- Understand and implement the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organization's missions.
- Ensure that the Company requests are resolved and addressed in a timely manner.
- Address all regulatory matters that arise from time to time.
- Ensure that the discipline and discharge process conform to the rules of fair play and compliant with the labor laws of the Philippines.
- Spearhead programs and activities to ensure an engaging working environment with measurable impacts to the employees and the business.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field.
- With more than 8 years of SOLID experience in the same field.
- With experience in All HR Facets especially on Employee Relations, Labor Relations & Policy
- Good network
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
