Job Description
- Interprets internal communication between Japanese Managers and Filipino officers and staff to and from Japanese and English/Filipino languages during regular conversations and meetings on overall production concerns such as schedules, shipments, materials, non-conformance on production processes, product specifications, customer complaints, etc.
- Translates written communication including electronics-emails of President and other Japanese Managers to all local managers and other constituents and vice-versa.
- Participates in the implementation of 5S in the work station and complies with safety and ISO standards and specifications; Participates in General assembly and work unit meetings, process improvement activities, training programs, and other company undertakings including Family Council activities.
- Performs such other duties and responsibilities analogous, germane or related to and/or implied from the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Course
- Has atleast N1 Level in Japanese Proficiency Test
- Can read and write Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji
- Preferably with working experienced in Manufacturing
- Computer literate
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
