Job Description
Main Functions:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing objectives and brand identity. Identify target audience segments and tailor content to resonate with each group.
- Analyze social media metrics and data to measure the success of campaigns and strategies. Use insights to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve performance.
- Executing experiments to continually optimize performance.
- Monitoring engagement data and sharing insights with stakeholders.
- Managing community management protocols and moderating conversations.
- Supporting new business efforts and lead nurturing through social
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Apply new trends and innovations to enhance our social media presence.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook Twitter, and others. Write content that showcase our products, services, and brand values.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent field.
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Knowledgeable in social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Creative thinker and problem solver with a proactive approach to social media strategy.
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker, analytical mindset, and time management skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Facebook Ads is a big plus.
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise across multiple social platforms is required.
