Job Description
- Menyiapkan keperluan User, baik pribadi maupun kebutuhan kantor
- Mengatur jadwal acara kegiatan User
- Mendampingi seluruh kegiatan User
- Mengurus persiapan perjalanan Pimpinan (tiket, hotel, dan barang pribadi)
- Negosiasi dan pencarian supplier/vendor baru
- Memastikan ketersediaan barang yang dibutuhkan
- Melakukan rekapitulasi dan laporan pembelian
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimum S1
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja sebagai Purchasing min 2 tahun
- Inisiatif, gesit, dan jujur
- Bersedia bekerja di hari libur (jika dibutuhkan)
- Bersedia ikut perjalanan dinas (luar kota/ luar negri)
- Dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan
