Job Description
- Develop policies and procedures for the department
- Work closely with professors and staff to ensure all academic goals are being met and the curriculum is appropriate
- Responsible for the administration and efficient conduct of the educational program of the college
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree in HRM or Hospitality Degree
- With at least 10 years experience in the related field is required (5 years in the industry, 5 years in teaching)
- Must have PRC LET license.
- Must be able to develop curriculum for HRM students.
- Amenable to work in Cainta, Rizal
